Club Forum Delegate Notification

New Zealand Inline Hockey remind clubs of the Club Forum being held in Auckland on November 6th.

The forum will be held at the Auckland Airport Conference Centre.

Clubs are also being asked to submit suggested topics for the Forum Agenda.

Please download the form, complete where necessary and return by September 10, 2010.
