The Government has announced that Wellington will move to Alert Level 2 from 6 pm 23 June until 11.59 pm 27 June 2021. The rest of New Zealand will stay at Alert Level 1.

New Plymouth Ravens are proud to be supporting IHNZ and Secondary School Sport NZ and sad that they had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid-19. This event replaces the 2020 event cancelled due to pandemic restrictions.

There have been three confirmed cases of COVID-19 in South Auckland. As a result, the Government announced at 7pm on Sunday evening that the Auckland region will move from Alert Level 1 to Alert Level 3 from midnight for the next 72 hours.

The move to Alert Level 1 is great news for New Zealand sport and recreation as it signals the end of formal restrictions. The main controls under Alert Level 1 are border limitations and managed isolation or quarantine for people entering the country.
