Covid-19 and Oceanias 2020

A message from the IHNZ:

To all Inline Hockey New Zealand Members,

We have a number of extremely disappointed players, coaches, managers and parents in regards to the Oceanias Tournament 2020. But, it’s been heartening to see the amount of support and pride in the New Zealand Inline Hockey jersey that our players have and their enthusiasm to represent their country.

We have been discussing various alternatives and whilst still early days and uncertainty prevails, we are looking at our options.

We are currently working through the cancellation process with the hotels, airlines, insurance company and other suppliers.  Obviously there are a large number of people doing the same so we are expecting some delay before we are fully informed of the process going forward.

We are also putting together a process in regards to uniforms ordered and will roll this out via the managers to each team.

We will keep you informed of progress as we are updated but in the meantime, stay safe and well and look after each other during these trying times.
