All Female League set to begin in New Plymouth, July 20-21

In just a few days the inaugural “all female” league will commence. Aimed at developing female players in our sport including juniors, intermediates and seniors.
The weekend promises to raise awareness, increase participation and build on strategies to encourage effective promotion of inline hockey as a unique and exciting sport, across all ages and in this league, for girls and women.

With difficulty attracting mainstream media, it is hoped to live stream games over the weekend, using online streaming platforms, to gain support and engage interested players to seek out this exciting sporting opportunity available through clubs across New Zeland. Streaming link will be provided soon.

IMPORTANT: The National All-Female League is a club entry event.

Where clubs had insufficient players to form a full team or individual players were registered, cross-club teams have been created by the organisers in accordance with the Event Notice.

Free spectator entry is offered in New Plymouth.
