Interest in Senior Mens team at World Championships 2018

This is an expression of interest form for players interesting in participating in the Firs (World Skate) Championships being held in Italy in 2018.
Please fill out this document if you are interested in attending.
Event will be held in Asiago, Italy and the Senior Men will compete from the 22nd-28th of July 2018.
Responses need to be completed to ensure a team will happen.
